Purple with darker eye and veining above green to yellow throat radiating into thin cream midribs, lightly ruffled cream edge, bud builder.
Pod and pollen fertile.

Sometimes a cross works out just as you imagined it would. Using pollen from a seedling of mine on Tim Herrington's 'Triple Trouble' produced a miniature with good branching and bud count. Named in honor of my friend Claude Carpenter, a frequent best-in-show winner at Georgia daylily exhibitions and the 2023 Helen Field Fischer Gold Medal winner for service to the American Daylily Society.$100 DF (Held for increase)
